Strong VG, Beautiful wax, multiple paper scuffs and hairlines, nothing serious - Booklet included, No. 40608 - Strong G+ outer sleeve, serious wear along spine and edges, five inch crease on the middle trifold, more creases, laminate bubbling in a few areas, major corner wear, inner pouch of the trifold is tearing in a few places, fading and foxing - Ultrasonically cleaned
