VG+, Wonderful wax, very few minor surface marks, hairlines, paper scuffs - Printed inner sleeve included - Great outer sleeve, two inch long seam pop along the top, inch long seam pop along the spine, minor corner wear, a handful of micro creases - Ultrasonically cleaned

Initial release, with 'TOWN HOUSE DMM' in the runouts. Some copies came in a printed carrier bag.

With printed inner sleeve.
