Manufacturers Property sticker on back - VG+, Fabulous wax, a few light surface marks - Printed inner sleeve included - Strong VG outer sleeve, slight yellowing, small dent and tear along the right edge, adhesive in the lower right corner has come unglued and opens up a bit, micro creases, inch long corner crease in top left of back cover - Ultrasonically cleaned
