G+, Conservatively graded but still not that great, wax has groove wear, multiple hairlines and paper scuffs - Outer sleeve has seen better days, multiple creases, micro and long, serious edge wear, moderate corner wear, mild ring wear, writing on the back cover, a couple tears along the left edge on the back cover, fading, staining, grime - Ultrasonically cleaned
