Comments:
cover is not bad and matches the description about the zipper. there is edge wear at the top opening and bottom cover, but the sides are good. cover has not been "opened up". some bending of the cover in the belt area. disc is pretty hashed, but does not say promotone. no insert remains.
 

Notes:

Early first UK edition that does NOT have the inscription "A Promotone N.V. RECORD" on labels
Small metal zipper on front that unzips to reveal cotton briefs.
Zipper has a small square hole and no text or logo other than two parallel vertical lines on its face.
Top opened sleeve.
