G+, Fine wax, many hairlines and paper scuffs, some scratches and scuffs - Not so great outer sleeve, multiple long creases, micro creases, yellowing, foxing, staining, minor corner wear, moderate edge wear, top edge has come unadhered and now opens up along about 3/4 of the length of the sleeve - Ultrasonically cleaned
