Strong VG all around, Wonderful wax, very few hairlines and paper scuffs, a couple small scratches - Superb outer sleeve, slight yellowing, moderate edge and corner wear, a couple small stains, writing in the top right of the back cover, bottom edge of the back panel of the gatefold has come unglued and now opens up along the edge from the corner to the spine - Ultrasonically cleaned
 

Notes:

Non-textured gatefold sleeve with "VO PRICE CODE".
Label variant: Small swirl on label side B with VERTIGO above spindle hole.
Polylined Vertigo swirl inner sleeve "B1/0470".

A2 is credited to Bobby and Shirley Womack on cover, but to Womack only on label.
B2 is wrongly credited as written by Wayne/Wilkin/Walker, it was in fact written by Wayne Walker and Marijohn Wilkin.
