disc has been ultrasonicaly cleaned. spine of cover is rather shelfworn as it was likely stored with this edge down. entire cover is not flat, with a wave to it, not sure what caused that. inner sleeve is missing. neat butterfly label.

This version with a gatefold jacket, Butterfly label and Quality Records pressing has a red inner-sleeve unlike [r8196492 which is black.
