Notes:
Gatefold cover with record housed in right hand side. Left hand side is glued from where the perforation is, to roughly the middle (of the left side). As with other similar releases, this has a "flap", which (when the gatefold is fully opened) is attached to the the left side of the sleeve. It's designed to wrap around (to the right) once the gatefold is closed and subsequently the cover then appears to have two spines. One between the left and right hand sides of the gatefold, which when closed acts as the left spine, the other on the "flap", which again (when closed) acts as the right spine. The "flap" spine shows the album title, catalogue number and label, whilst the other is information-less. The remainder of the flap shows the track list, barcode, price codes, plus the following information © 1985 Warner Bros. Records Inc. ℗ 1985 Warner Bros. Records Inc. for the U.S. & WEA International Inc. for the world outside the U.S. Neither label shows any rights society details. Spread over 5 lines, label A shows: All titles published by Island Music Ltd. (G.B. Only) ℗ 1985 Warner Bros. Records Inc. for the U.S. & WEA International Inc. for the world outside the U.S. © 1985 Warner Bros. Records Inc. Both labels show the label code underneath the side number. Inside the gatefold some tracks reference Recorded At Paisley Park By (...). Note that as per the [l269869 profile, the LCCN shows this as Paisley Park Studios. The runouts on this version differ from other European releases pressed by Record Services Alsdorf On side A, the information is similar to side A on [r26702066, whist on side B, the information is similar to side B on [r7771549. Note too that on side B (on this version) the R/S part is preceded by an etched "U K" - this is not so on the 2nd release mentioned above. However, this etch does appear (as "UK" not "U K") on [r19986541, albeit on that version it appears on both sides. R/S Alsdorf 925286-1 A (side A runout) and R/S Alsdorf 925286-1 B 3 (side B runout) are stamped. Every other character on both sides is etched.
