12" single, limited edition of 15,000 copies.

Label does not mention "Death Disco" and just lists tracks as:
"Part 1 ½ Mix"
"Part 2 Megga Mix"

[Incidental info:
"Part 1 ½ Mix" is a longer alternative version of "Death Disco" from the 7" release.
"Part 2 Megga Mix" is an instrumental and a re-recorded version of the track "Fodderstompf" from their first album
