Very Strong VG+, Beautiful wax with one very light scuff and a couple very faint hairlines across both discs, Outer sleeve has micro creasing around the edge and some corner wear, Also what seem like some very small white-out stains on the back cover, Printed inner sleeves included and in great condition, Ultrasonically cleaned.

Housed in a gatefold sleeve with full color printed inner sleeves showing photos & credits.
Title on cover is printed in white & blue stylized text. Label text is reflective silver. 


Original shrink wrap featured a hype sticker which states:
All Live! The legendary Ozzy - Randy concert recordings. Includes "Crazy Train" "Flying High Again" "Mr. Crowley" plus rare studio gems.

This version has DMM scribed in the runouts.
"G" in runouts denotes a Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Carrollton, GA pressing.
