Still Sealed in original factory "Tower Records" bag. Never played. Bag has 3 tears in it and sleeve has some corner wear / vinyl presumed MINT
 

Notes:

Two versions are available;
One disc has a CLEAR outer rim.
One disc has a BLACK outer rim.
Both have the same Matrix numbers

Comes in die cut picture sleeve with picture disc artwork printed on the inside. Sleeve states "special limited edition 12" picture disc" on the front.

Track B2 recorded live on the Dogfish Mobile truck at the Paramount Theatre, Seattle, Washington on October 31, 1991.
