Disc is in excellent VG+ condition! Glossy wax. Light groove wear. A few minor hairlines and scuffs on each side. Sleeve is in solid VG+ shape overall. The extra page inside has come unglued. Light corner wear. Very light edge wear. Some minor creasing along edges/spine. Printed inner is included, bottom glue flap is detached and has one tiny clipping on bottom corner. Ultrasonically cleaned!
