VG+, Beautiful wax, very few hairlines and paper scuffs, a couple tiny scuffs - Great outer sleeve, two inch long crease in lower right, micro ceases along the edges, mild to moderate corner and edge wear, minor ring wear, slight foxing and fading, very small seam pop along the bottom - Ultrasonically cleaned
