Strong VG, Glossy, Super wax, a few scratches, a few scuffs - Fantastic outer sleeve, small taped sticker in top left, minor to moderate corner wear, moderate edge wear, not too many micro creases, a bit of grime, slight fading - Ultrasonically cleaned
 

Notes:

The album title is written as PXR5 on the sleeve front, P.X.R.5 on the sleeve back plus spine, and P.X.R. 5 on the labels. 

The song title (track B3) is written as p.x.r5 on the sleeve back and P.X.R. 5 on the label.

The first 5000 copies of this album come with Pete Frame's Hawkwind family tree as a poster.

The original artwork featured an incorrectly wired plug on the reverse of the sleeve which was deemed a safety risk. Subsequent copies come with a supposedly removable sticker over the offending image stating "WARNING - THIS STICKER MUST NOT BE REMOVED". Later pressings had the artwork simply blanked-out with no sticker.
