Strong VG, Beautiful wax, a handful of faint hairlines, multiple paper scuffs and other light surface markings - Limited edition hype sticker on back, vinyl #4109 - Great outer sleeve, minor ring wear, moderate edge wear, water damage in bottom right corner, the start of a seam split along top edge, minor corner wear - Ultrasonically cleaned
 

Notes:

Limited to 10,000 numbered copies worldwide and pressed on dark green translucent vinyl.
Each copy had a sticker indicating which number release it was, along with the Green Day and Dookie logos.
No insert included in this version.

This release also contains the banned sleeve with Ernie (as a puppet on someone's hand) from Sesame Street on the back, this was banned because Sesame Street threatened to sue Green Day, all further sleeves omitted Ernie.

Track B8 is a hidden track.
