[l442751 pressing with no lacquer cutting signature in the runouts. For the very similar Carrollton pressing with only symbols on the front LP jacket, but containing [a189744's lacquer cutting signature in the runout, use [r4504601. For the Carrollton pressing with "Faith George Michael" in plain text on the front LP jacket, see [r404532.

This has C 40867 on labels and no "MADE IN U.S.A." at bottom of labels.  [r=15467339 has 40867 and "MADE IN U.S.A."
Catalog number appears with an "OC" prefix on the spine but just a "C" prefix on labels.

Only symbols appear on the front cover. "George Michael Faith" in plain text does not appear on the cover as it does on other US versions.

This release comes with an inner sleeve and a separate 12 in. x 12 in. poster with George Michael's face on one side and lyrics on the other.

Track A3 is in two parts, but this is not designated on the back cover. The label lists the track as "I Want Your Sex (Parts 1 & 2)." The lyric sheet insert lists the track as "I Want Your Sex Monogamy Mix."
