Strong VG. Wax in good shape, a few spots with extremely short hairlines to either side - should not substantially affect play. Cover is in overall good shape, a bit of corner and edge wear, inside flap has some foxing. Ultrasonically cleaned.

The "Vertigo" wording on the label is located UNDER the spindle hole.
