Strong VG, Would be solid VG+ but there are a couple large scuffs on side two - Printed inner sleeve included - Solid outer sleeve, hole punch in bottom right which has become frayed, ring wear which has caused corner creasing in both top corners, moderate edge wear - Ultrasonically cleaned
 

Notes:

Printed inner sleeve has Forbidden photo montage on 1 full side & full Combat merchandise sales selection on the other side.

Some (mine) came with 3 item Combat/Forbidden press package (no promo print on label so same version as this, but with press inserts). These include a glossy band photo, a Forbidden promotional press sheet & a contact sheet, dated November 16th 1988, with contact info. for Combat signed bands & change of contact for Raven.
