Issued in gatefold jacket, packaged in a PVC sleeve with screen-printed album title on front and and tracklist on back.
Includes a collectable 8 page book featuring lyrics and exclusive photos.

Advertised as including a hand signed insert, but actually includes a signed CD art card. 

Promoted as a "split colour 12" vinyl in transparent dark blue & white", however blue half of vinyl is actually translucent.

"Made in USA" printed on back of gatefold; "Made in Canada" sticker on back of PVC sleeve.

Shares same barcode as [r=30571729, which is the UK equivalent.
