VG, Solid wax, many light paper scuffs, hairlines, other light surface markings - SST catalog insert included - Fantastic outer sleeve, both bottom corners have been smooshed in a bit, other minor corner wear, micro creases along the edges, two inch long crease in the center of the front cover, a couple more creases on the back - Ultrasonically cleaned
