Comments:
Solid VG all around / Cover has some wear on the edges and corners and color wear on perimeter / Inner booklet is nice and intact, spine is a little creased but still intact / Vinyl is glossy but has numerous hairlines and a few light surface scuffs and scratches, plays well / Nice play copy!
 

Notes:

First issue with spiral labels / inner and 4 page photo booklet inside gatefold sleeve, without "Made In England" on label.
On the label the title appears as 'Black Sabbath Vol. 4'.
