VG, Mostly excellent wax with a few faint hairlines but does have a large scratch and some groove wear - Outer sleeve has some edge and corner wear as well as some creasing, Back has some discoloration around the edges - Ultrasonically cleaned.
 

Notes:

The back cover shows an "indicator hole" to let the inner sleeve peep through: blue = stereo, red = mono.
